Heather Rosen is an American artist and creative director who specializes in art direction, illustration, and comedic writing. She established The HR Dept as a way to make work not defined by a particular style or medium. When she's not writing bios in the third person, HR splits her time between Los Angeles and New York doing creative advertising, producing immersive experiences and capturing the moment — whether it’s with a paintbrush or shot on film.
