ON THE GRID | CITY GUIDES BY LOCAL CREATIVES
After moving to Los Angeles, I was invited to be a curator for On the Grid, a user-friendly designer's guide to neighborhood gems. I've been photographing and writing about exceptional spots in Koreatown to eat, drink and be inspired. Being a part of this project was a great way to re-kindle my love for the city where I grew up and double-down on my wanderlust to explore new places.
On The Grid was created by Hyperakt, a design agency based in Brooklyn, who decided to make a simple, user-friendly platform that would allow creatives to share their favorite local gems. Since launching in April 2015, hundreds of the best designers and creative studios in cities around the world have joined in to make it a massive, global collaboration that features curated guides to neighborhoods in more than 60 cities.
